
This extremely rare and beautiful giant cat was recently captured on a "camera trap" in the Primorskiy region of Russia, bordering China and North Korea. It's called an Amur Leopard, and according to National Geographic, "Fewer than 40 Amurs - also called Far Eastern leopards - still prowl the temperate forests of Russia's Far East and parts of China, making the Amur the world's rarest big cat."
