To celebrate V-Day (Victory Day) in Russia, for the first time since the fall of the Soviet Union, tanks, missiles and other heavy military equipment were on parade in the Red Square in Moscow. New President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev and new Prime Minister Vladimir Putin were both on hand to watch all the pomp and circumstance.
